I have a wonderful life now, living in the beautiful North coast of Ireland, in a Mill of my dreams, with the man of my dreams, living my life purpose, with money flowing easily, great health, and wonderful friends and family. I live with balance, freedom, love and happiness. It's not a certificate I put on the wall. It is something I am constantly maintaining with the processes I can teach you.
I use to live my life in a very different way…..I ran about totally stressed out in a terrible marriage, until an accident incapacitated me. I spent too many years to recall in bed mostly, and just existing. I tried lots of different therapies that made little difference to my health. My thoughts were giving me more of the same.
Things got so bad something had to change. I realised I had to do something different to get a different result. I started gradually to change the way I thought and spoke. I learned energy healing to take back my power. It took me a long time. I would like it to happen quicker for you. I have turned my life around and I can show you how.
When contrast happens in life, I have the tools to embrace it, learn from it and move on. I have over 25 year of energy healing expertise; 13 years as an EFT Practitioner and Matrix Re-imprinting practitioner and 5 years as an EFT Trainer.

I follow world renowned experts such as Dr Joe Dispenza, and have had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay and Dr David Hamilton. I combine science with spirituality to get powerful and lasting results.
I care about the way I feel and I love my journey, and am passionate about showing others their path too.
